How do I send you my photographs?

If submitting digitally, please let us know when you are ordering - we will send you clear instructions on how to upload. If submitting the actual photos, in order to reduce costs, photos should be grouped and titled
eg. Vacation in Florida 2011.

Can I send negatives and slides?

Yes you can! We can scan practically anything - like newspaper articles, ticket stubs, just send it to us and we will digitize it! Make sure they are carefully packaged, with a return address.

How long will it take you to complete my project?

This would depend on the type of project, but upon receiving your information you can expect an email from me giving you an idea of a completion date.

Can I include a short video clip in my slide show?

Of course you can. However this comes with an additional cost and you would have to indicate exactly where in the slide show you would like it inserted. Video clips should be restricted to about two minutes.

When doing a slide show can I choose the order in which the photos appear?

We strongly recommend you do this whether you are submitting them digitally or sending the actually photos in which case you can assign a number to each photo.

Will you return my original copies?

Absolutely! We respect your memories and will handle each photograph with care. We will ship the copies back to you and communicate with you that your package is on it's way.

I am not sure if my DVD player can play burned copies of a disc?

We want you to make sure you will not have problems - most DVD players will play any DVD that was created on a computer. But just to make sure please look at www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers
